House rule:

It is a Non smoking apartment with smoke detectors.
Outdoor shoes inside the apartment are not allowed.
At Key handover, we need a valid identy card. 
Deposit of 350.00 € with keys.
We ask for a compliance with the usual rest periods, 22:00 to 6:00 at night.
The tenant is liable for any damage or missing furnishings, especially lost apartment keys.
Pets are not allowed.
During fairs and events prices will be available.
On request, the refrigerator is filled with breakfast standards for 12,50 € per person.
